We specialize in custom product development for skincare and color cosmetics through three flexible, high-performance models. Please note: we do not offer private label or white label cosmetics. All our solutions are designed for OEM and ODM manufacturing with a focus on originality, innovation, and brand exclusivity.

1. Bespoke – Made from Scratch

Our Bespoke development model is ideal for brands looking to create completely custom cosmetic products from the ground up. Whether it’s a new concept or a reverse formulation of a benchmark product, we formulate everything from scratch—including packaging and labeling.

This is true product innovation requiring R&D, prototyping, and stability testing.

2. Off-the-Shelf – In-House Formulas

Our Off-the-Shelf option uses our proven, in-house formulations that have already passed stability testing and are ready for market adaptation. These formulations can be slightly modified with changes like fragrance, color, or active ingredients to match your brand identity while reducing development time.

This is perfect for companies looking to speed up their OEM cosmetic production without compromising on quality.

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) starts at 10,000 units per formulation for our lip product range, including lip gloss, lip oil, and lipstick. Clients can opt to produce two shades (5,000 units per color) or five shades (2,000 units each) under the same formula. For skincare and foundation products, the MOQ begins at 10,000 units per packaging style and formulation type, ensuring consistent quality and performance. When it comes to color cosmetics such as eyeshadow, lip liners, eyeliners, brow pens, and blush compacts, the MOQ starts at 12,000 units for packaging sizes between 1g and 3g.

Delivery timelines depend on your preference—air freight or sea shipment—and your expected lead time. Our dedicated project management team ensures all deadlines are met and shipments are delivered on time, following a clearly defined critical path schedule. Product samples are shipped via FedEx for your approval, and we assist in organizing and reviewing all necessary shipping documents, compliance paperwork, and customs requirements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery of your finished goods.

Almost all cosmetic products can be reverse-engineered, and at Global Cosmetics, we offer this capability through our custom formulation services. Customers are welcome to send their own custom packaging to our factory for filling. For this option, it’s important to note that your packaging must align with our minimum order quantity (MOQ)  for formulation. For new businesses, our process is divided into two stages: Development and Manufacture.

Stage 1: Development
Before starting development, we ensure you have everything in place to kick off the project. This includes an approved preliminary quotation (approximate cost) and a clear project scope (product brief, launch time, and lead time). Once these are settled, we sign an engagement contract to officially begin the project.

Stage 2: Manufacture
During the development stage, you’ll confirm the final formulation, packaging, and labeling samples. After sample approval, you’ll submit 50% payment, with the remaining 50% due once the product is completed and before shipping.

For returning customers or established brands, we’re flexible and open to discussing tailored terms prior to project initiation.

We fully respect confidentiality and are always open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our brand partners and customers. As a dedicated OEM and ODM cosmetic manufacturer, we take product development seriously and uphold the highest ethical standards.

We do not offer wholesale, do not resell finished products from other customers, and never relabel or reuse any client’s proprietary formulations. Each product we create is developed exclusively for the brand it is intended for—ensuring complete ownership, uniqueness, and confidentiality at every stage of production.

We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request to ensure confidentiality and protect your brand’s proprietary information.

We do all our meetings using www.zoom.us, and we encourage our customers to touch base face to face, so we can understand your needs before we provide any product sampling or quotation. We aim for human connection and strong business partnerships, which is why virtual meetings are a must for us.  

We are also open to using other meeting tools to connect with mature clients that have their way of working. 

No. We only support our customers with all product safety certifications and documentation needed for customers to do any type of registration.
