Two raw material warehouses equipped with a fully automated intake and delivery system, integrated with a bar code-based inventory tracking via ERP software
Finished product warehouse covering 3,000 square meters
Accessories and packaging warehouse spanning 3,800 square meters (three levels)
Carton and outer packaging warehouse covering 8,000 square meters

Factory information

Water Purification System

Factory capabilities employ the state-of-the-art techniques of Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Electro-deionization (EDI), removing ions or electrolytes to produce ultrapure water.
After the RO treatment, the water conductivity is controlled to remain below 4μS cm-1 (the higher residual electrolyte read, the higher the conductivity).
The subsequent EDI treated water has a conductivity of around 0.3μS cm-1.
The water conductivity standard requirement based on European Pharmacopoeia is 5.1μS cm-1, which refers to manufacturing water with lower conductivity and higher purity.
