Mixing Workshops 1 x 5MT tank for body wash production; 4 x 3MT tanks for emulsion manufacturing. Stainless steel storage tanks for weighing and delivery of common bulk raw materials. Fully automatic, program-controlled emulsion tanks. CIP hot water generation system.
Bulk Filling Workshops 4 fully automatic bottle filling lines. 6 fully automatic tube filling lines. Dedicated sheet mask filling line.
Color Cosmetics Workshops 3 Korean-imported automatic lipstick filling lines. 2 fully and semi-automatic stainless steel mold lipstick lines. Four-color swirl cream filling machine. Specialist color filling facilities covering mascara, lip gloss tubes, godet filling, and additional color cosmetic formats.
Fragrance Manufacturing Plant 6 fusion tanks with integrated chill and filter facilities. 2 dedicated maturation rooms spanning 700 square meters; housing 80 x 500L stainless steel maturation tanks. Fully automatic glass bottle filling and crimping machine. 2 semi-automatic EDP (Eau de Parfum) filling machines.

Water Purification System
Global Cosmetics’ factory capabilities employ state-of-the-art Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Electro-deionization (EDI) techniques — removing ions and electrolytes to produce ultrapure water for cosmetic manufacturing.
Following RO treatment, water conductivity is controlled to remain below 4μS cm⁻¹; the higher the residual electrolyte reading, the higher the conductivity.
Subsequently, EDI-treated water achieves a conductivity of approximately 0.3μS cm⁻¹ — significantly exceeding the European Pharmacopoeia manufacturing water standard requirement of 5.1μS cm⁻¹, which defines the maximum acceptable conductivity threshold for high-purity cosmetic manufacturing water.
